Get your career on track

What's next?

The concept of a 'job or career for life' is definitely something that is no longer a reality and with the changing pace of the global economy, automation and innovation, the jobs many people are in today, simply won't exist in the years ahead.

What does this mean for people in the resources industry?

It is likely that in the years ahead, people will need to assess what their next career move will be, develop additional skills to remain employable in a changing job market, or look at options outside the industry.

This is not all doom and gloom. In all clouds, there is always a silver lining. Within the ever increasing complexity of the world of work there are great opportunities to be found and a whole new world is available to many people, both inside and outside your current industry.

Wherever your future takes you, individual success will centre on a well-developed action plan to achieve this transition. Not many people bother to spend time on this.

How can we help?

After almost 14 years recruiting, it’s time for me to do something different. Last year I completed studies in Careers Education and Development and as a result, MPi is now offering a range of services to candidates.

These include;

  • Resume review, updates and compilation. Prices commence at $70 for a ‘mini review’ and suggestions, through to $300 + for a full rework.
  • Career Guidance for individuals seeking to progress in, or change their careers. Prices commence from $110 / session.
  • Interview Coaching. Prices commence at $150 for a 1+hour session.
  • Assistance with job search, networking and LinkedIn. Prices commence from $110 per session.

So if you find yourself not knowing what to do next or where to take you career and you want professional guidance, be sure to get in touch.

Finally…

To assist MPi  in developing this business and to ensure we are up to date on current requirements and industry, we are hoping you can assist with a preliminary survey by answering the following survey questions about career guidance and your experiences (if any) with outplacement firms – Click Here.

Everyone that responds to the survey will go into the draw to win 1 of 10 Resume reviews.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
